I should buy a 3D printer

My /dvd NFS server has this li’l screen (because I’m tired of always running around and fetching a screen every three years when I have to do some BIOS-ing)… But…

I really should attach it to the machine somehow, because it keeps on falling down and sliding around.

I could use double-sided tape to stick it to the disk cabinets on the bottom there, but that would make future maintenance difficult.

The machine itself has all these grilles, which makes it difficult to attach the screen to the machine. I could, like, glue something to the back of the screen and jam it into the grille, but… what?

Instead I bought these things meant for potted plants on the balcony… and it turns out that they’re way too big.

Too long and too deep.

But can Sugru help?

So if I stick some Sugru on the bottom of the shorter bits here…

And then hang them here….

And then some tape…

Tada! Gorgeous!

There.

In conclusion: I should buy a 3D printer for these sorts of things… but I really, really don’t want to.
