For decades I’ve wanted to be able to open an xterm and run a command in there as if I had just entered the command manually on the command line.
That is, when the command exits, I don’t want the xterm to exit, and I want “arrow up” to show me the command that was running.
But I never wanted that sufficiently to look into how to actually do this, until today.
Yeah, yeah, I should finish eww instead…
